French Television Reads The Elvis Kennedy Blog

I don't know how and I don't know why, but Elvis Kennedy is being quoted there. I wonder what all of that rambling in French is? I see a number of references to Lance Armstrong. I'm guessing that the French are saying that Elvis Kennedy is the new king of American cycling. What else could it be?
